➡️ STEP #2: Prepare Your Question
- Think of a specific area you would like to address.
- Then write down of a specific question or two in that area that you’d like to know more about.
- Open ended questions that begin with what, how, and why tend to yield the most helpful answer. Yes / No questions tend to provide the least amount of info as do time related questions.
We’ll spend the first part of each session prioritizing what to ask so no worries if you’re not decided on your question(s). Your intention is what matters so the perfect phrasing is not necessary.
➡️ STEP #3: Get The Most Out Of Your Session
- Come in with an attitude and intention for positive change.
- Be in a quiet comfortable place where you can speak freely.
- Have a pen and paper to take notes.
- If you can, spend 10 minutes before your session relaxing or doing something that lights you up. Examples: sit in the sun, look at nature, play with a pet, or even close your eyes and rest your nervous system.
What to Expect
The 60-minute sessions are done via phone or Zoom. We’ll start by working together to formulate a question that encompasses your true desire.
We’ll focus on one area of your life that you believe is holding you back or you would like to transform such as purpose, health, career, money, family, love, or relationship.
For example: How can I fulfill my life purpose? Why do I have a hard time making money? Why am I struggling with my current job? What is going on with my health? What is holding me back from finding my soulmate? How can I clear negative energy? Why do I keep experiencing this same hardship over and over?
Then, as you sit back and relax, I receive answers filled with symbology, love, and humor to share your soul lessons. I’ll do an intuitive scan, answer your follow-up questions, and share recommendations to replace limiting programming with beneficial beliefs, affirmations, and other transformation tools.
We won’t revel in the past or dig into your unconscious mind which stores repressed memories. And we won’t break down the emotional barrier wall—the barrier in the subconscious which provides protection from becoming victimized by extreme stress, emotional illness and PTSD from tragic life experiences.
Instead, with the help of your soul, we’ll find limiting beliefs in your subconscious mind that are holding you back and replace them with recommended beneficial beliefs to help propel you forward.
I like to think of it as a shortcut, especially for those of us who’ve tried traditional talk-therapy, inner-child work, and past-life regression sessions to no avail.
It’s one of the most incredible healing techniques I’ve had the privilege and blessing of experiencing and I look forward to sharing it with you.
